Virtual Nutrition Counseling is provided for weight management, special diets (ie: vegetarian; gluten free), maternal health, and condition management (ie: high blood pressure, high cholesterol…).

I wanted to work with Daniela but since I’m in California that was a little difficult, then I found out she did online sessions and I was ecstatic! I love the pay as you go option and the flexibility of the appointments and whether it’s a FaceTime or a Skype call or google hangout. Daniela also really worked with my time schedule since New York is 3 hours ahead. She’s a great registered dietitian and she gave me a lot of helpful tips and meal ideas and her information is backed by science and facts.
